Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
LessMeet ("LessMeet", "we", "us") is operated by Bilal Einar Hijazi, a sole trader established in Norway ("the Seller"). By creating an account or using LessMeet you enter into an agreement with Bilal Einar Hijazi. Questions can be sent to support@lessmeet.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use LessMeet you agree to these Terms. If you use LessMeet on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
3. The service
LessMeet is a meeting intelligence tool. It scores how necessary a proposed meeting is, recommends who should attend, helps you schedule and export the meeting to your calendar, and gives leaders a dashboard summarising meeting activity across their team.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LessMeet within the plan you have selected, for your own internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical or plan limits (such as seat counts or evaluation quotas).
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse LessMeet. In particular you must not:
- use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or harassment;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, penetration testing without consent, or automated scraping;
- upload personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.
7. AI-generated output
LessMeet uses artificial intelligence to produce necessity scores, reasoning and attendee recommendations. These outputs are suggestions and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for the content you submit, for verifying outputs before acting on them, and for ensuring you have the right to submit any information you enter. LessMeet output is not legal, financial, HR or other professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions affecting individuals. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs, and remove content or suspend accounts where content breaches these Terms. If you believe content processed through LessMeet infringes your rights, contact us at the address above and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringers lose access.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the meeting topics, attendee details and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
9. Our intellectual property
We retain all rights in LessMeet, including its software, models, prompts, interface, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
10. Payments, subscriptions and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Changing plans mid-period is prorated.
Payment, billing, invoicing, tax handling, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.
11. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
12. Availability
We work to keep LessMeet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and AI provider disruptions can affect availability.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your access ends; you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
14. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
