Beta terms & confidentiality

1. Private beta access

LessMeet is provided to you as an invitation-only, pre-release product for evaluation purposes only. Access is personal to your organisation and may be withdrawn at any time.

You may not share credentials, invite links, screenshots, or recordings with anyone outside the people your organisation has named as beta participants.

2. Confidential information

Everything you see in the beta is confidential information of the LessMeet owner. This includes the product concept, the meeting-necessity scoring method, attendee-recommendation logic, prompts, scoring outputs, roadmap, pricing discussions, interface designs, and any unreleased features.

You agree to keep this information secret, use it only to evaluate the product, and protect it with at least the same care you use for your own confidential material.

3. No copying or reverse engineering

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying methods of the service.

You may not build, commission, or assist a competing product that replicates the LessMeet concept or workflow while you have beta access and for 24 months afterwards.

4. Ownership and feedback

All intellectual property in the service, including the concept and its implementation, remains with the LessMeet owner. Nothing here transfers any licence beyond the right to use the beta.

Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you share about the service may be used freely by the LessMeet owner without obligation or compensation.

5. Data you enter

You are responsible for the meeting topics, names, emails, and roles you enter. Do not upload information you are not permitted to process.

The service is pre-release and provided as is, without warranties. Do not rely on it for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.

6. Term

These terms apply from the moment you accept them and the confidentiality obligations continue for 5 years after your beta access ends.
